Our values

A compassionate practice, built for Cochise County families

We're proud to call Sierra Vista home. Every plan we build starts with your child's needs and your family's goals — not a one-size-fits-all protocol, and never at arm's length from the community we serve.

Compassionate care

Every session is grounded in warmth, patience, and respect for where your child is right now.

Family-centered

Parents and caregivers are partners in treatment, not bystanders — we build skills your whole family can use.

Individualized

Treatment plans are shaped around your child's strengths, not a generic curriculum.

Rooted in Cochise County

Proudly based in Sierra Vista, serving families throughout Cochise County and the Fort Huachuca military community.

How we work

Care aligned with national best-practice standards

Our services follow the ABA Practice Guidelines published by the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) — the field's consensus standard for high-quality, medically necessary ABA treatment.

01

Initial consultation

We learn about your child and family, answer your questions about ABA, and help you understand your coverage.

02

Comprehensive assessment

A BCBA completes a multi-method assessment — including functional assessment — to understand your child's strengths, needs, and what matters to your family.

03

Individualized, medically necessary treatment plan

We build a plan around your child with clear, measurable goals, a dosage recommendation matched to their needs, and your family's priorities at the center.

04

Data-driven care & caregiver partnership

Ongoing data collection, regular BCBA supervision, progress reviews, and caregiver training keep treatment effective and your family involved every step.

05

Planned transitions

From day one, we plan toward goals being met — fading services responsibly and supporting your child's transition to what comes next.

A clinical team you can trust

Sunrise Behavior Solutions was founded by a clinician with deep roots in Sierra Vista and a career built around compassionate, evidence-based care.

Kelsey Webb, Founder and Clinical Director of Sunrise Behavior Solutions
Founder & Clinical Director

Kelsey Webb, M.S., BCBA

Kelsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Arizona-licensed behavior analyst with over six years of experience supporting children with autism and their families. Her career path includes formerly serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and elementary classroom teacher before becoming a school-based BCBA and clinical leader. She holds a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and began her career right here in Sierra Vista, teaching in local classrooms and serving students across Sierra Vista Public Schools.

Kelsey specializes in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) — a compassionate, assent-based approach to ABA — and has spent years not just practicing it, but mentoring and training other BCBAs in it. As a Regional Clinical Director and Director of Clinical Services, she led teams of supervising clinicians, oversaw clinical quality across programs, and coached BCBAs in delivering care families can believe in. She continues to provide BCBA mentorship and clinical quality assurance work across the field today.

She founded Sunrise Behavior Solutions to bring that same standard of care home to Cochise County — a practice where families are partners, children's assent matters, and every treatment plan is built around what matters most to your family.

Common questions

Questions? We have answers

Answers to the questions we hear most from parents just starting to look into ABA therapy.

Does my child need a diagnosis before starting ABA therapy?

Most insurance payers, including AHCCCS and Tricare, require an autism diagnosis to authorize ABA services. If your child doesn't have one yet, we're happy to talk through the diagnostic process and can point you toward local providers who complete evaluations.

How much does ABA therapy cost, and will my insurance cover it?

Cost depends on your insurance coverage and the number of hours recommended in your child's treatment plan. We're working toward credentialing with AHCCCS, Tricare, and commercial payers so that most families pay little to nothing out of pocket. We'll walk through your specific coverage during your consultation.

How long is the wait to get started?

Wait times vary depending on current caseload and staffing. We'll always give you an honest estimate during your first call, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

What does a typical ABA session actually look like?

Sessions are individualized, but generally involve structured play, skill-building activities, and communication practice guided by your child's behavior technician, with regular oversight from a BCBA. Sessions can look playful and relaxed while still following a clear, data-driven plan behind the scenes.

Do you offer in-home, clinic-based, or both types of sessions?

We provide in-home ABA therapy across Sierra Vista and Cochise County — children often learn best in the environment where they live and play. Clinic-based options may be added as our practice grows.

What age range do you serve?

We serve children ages 2–10. Services for preteens and teens are planned for the future as we grow — reach out if you'd like to be notified when they launch.
